Terms, warranty and safety

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Orders are placed and paid only inside the Kit Core app, by card through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment clears. We never ask for payment by phone, chat or bank transfer.

Parts warranty

Every part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused during assembly (cracked glass, torn flex cables, bent pins) is not covered. Parts that are dead on arrival are replaced free. Report them within 7 days of delivery with your order code.

Returns

Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened kits can be returned for parts credit if all parts are present and undamaged.

Battery safety

Lithium-ion cells ship at a safe storage charge. Never puncture, bend, crush or heat a battery. Connect the battery last and disconnect it first. If a cell swells, smells or gets hot, stop, move it outdoors onto a non-flammable surface and contact us.

Static and small parts

Ground yourself before touching the logic board. Kits contain small screws and are not suitable for unsupervised children under 12.

Privacy

We use your details to process and deliver orders and to give you access to build guides. We do not sell personal data. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
